A recommendation for the Shabbat Farm in Moshav Beit Meir. The kids all got to be involved in hands on activities exploring the 39 melachot. There were kids ages 16-3 (and their parents).
Description:
The theme of this attraction is the ’39 Melachot’ – The 39 ways of work that the Torah tells us are forbidden on Shabbat.
Here, in a 2.5 hour tour, you can learn about what these Melachot were/are with hands on activities, a petting zoo, horse ride, tractors, train ride, pitta making.
