We visited Seakura seaweed farm on Friday for a tour and highly recommend it. The tour is educational and interesting plus it’s followed by a small meal of seaweed based foods. It was excellent value for the money and from aged 7-55 we all enjoyed. Minimum of 10 for a tour, 45nis/adults and 20 for kids. FYI if you have a nut allergy let them know as a lot of foods included nuts.

Description:

“A glimpse at the seaweed” – an exceptional experience for the whole family! The tour takes place in a closed place and is enjoyable and experienced even in the rain The tour lasts about an hour and a half, and the tour is suitable for the entire family The tour is by prior arrangement only and is subject to a number of participants Where? The farm is located on the coastal road, next to Beit Yanai to the right of the coastal road to the north. Come and enjoy yourself!

From a tour that combines pictures and information along the entire route Watching videos and virtual tours and getting to know different types of marine creatures View from the balcony overlooking the turtles ponds and our farm and a fascinating glimpse into the algae growth process Tasting of unique food combining seaweed and the sale of algae products.
