So here’s my review on Planetanya. It is 45 shekel per person – includes one activity and one movie. If u want more, it’s ten shekel extra. Movies are in ivrit – they r working on English movie. It lasts about a half hour. Activities are about an hour – stuff like learning about three dimension. There’s hands-on stuff to do outside for the little ones. I would say u can spend about three hours there but it’s right across from the beach, so u can really make it a full day outing. The part outdoors is shaded.

Netanya Municipality has put in a lot of work to promote science and technology and the Planetarium in Netanya is the result!
It is a center for Science, Space and Japanese culture including a science garden, Japanese garden, eco pools, conference hall and workshops. There is a digital planetarium with the most advanced illustration and projection equipment and shows incredible planetarium films. The complex is designed to serve the entire population and offers a wide range of activities which can be tailored to different types of audiences.
While the default language is Hebrew, if you let them know in advance that you need English, they can arrange it.
