I wanted to write a great recommendation about Pat B’Melech. We visited with four kids over the Sukkot vacation and participated in a great seminar on bread.
It was a great activity for all ages from young children who are just having fun with the dough to adults interested in sourdough starters.
Description:
An artisan sourdough bakery nestled in the hills of Gush Etzion on pastoral Kibbutz Rosh Tzurim. Fresh breads are baked daily Monday-Friday.
Hands-on, family-friendly (and delicious!) workshops are run for families or groups in Hebrew or in English from Sunday-Thursday. Reservations necessary. The bakery is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.
