Omanya Center, founded in 2006 in the Eastern Galilee, is a creative tourism center, which offers its visitors the chance to develop their creative potential through experiential activities.
The center first started as a unique family business, which combines a handmade leather workshop, a training center, a school for the art of leather, a boutique shop for unique leather design products and a professional iron work blacksmith. You can visit Omanya alone, as a couple ,a family or a group and spend an hour or several hours of experiential creation. The workshops are suitable for young children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Omanya invites groups to spend an unusually creative experience. The center combines several attractions: An instruction center serving as a school for learning the art of leather. A boutique shop for selling unique leather items. A workshop for iron blacksmith and crafts. An outdoor terrace with seating arrangements and workshop area. The center offers groups a warm welcome, a brief historical summary about the place and the artists family, a tour at the various areas, including an option of purchasing items at the boutique shop, and a workshop in which the participants make various leather items. It is also possible to take a tour without participating in a workshop, just viewing a demonstration of stamping on leather - a unique technique for handmade leather products OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
