“It’s a biblical/Talmudic themed nature reserve, brain child of a man who’s parents were the first Jewish botanists to study the plants and trees mentioned in Jewish sources, truly a very special place devoted to bringing the landscapes of ancient Israel to life. You can wander the reserve on your own year round, do a guided tour or arrange special activities there for kids or smahot, they also do amazing summer camps. In season they do displays of ancient agriculture like olive pressing, wheat harvesting etc”
