We spent a beautiful Shabbat here. After turning up somewhere that was not what we expected we called Ein Gev in a panic and were lucky enough to find 2 chalets available for us and the grandparents. We had the most wonderful time. The chalets were nice enough and they squeezed three beds in the smallest area for the children and then we slept in the ‘lounge’ area that had a fridge, sink, TV which was perfect.
Literally steps from the chalets was the nicest beach I have been to by the Kinneret. It wasn’t stony at all, and was just stunning. The children and us could not get enough of it. There is no pool here and there is totally no need for one! We were there over Shabbat so didn’t make the most of the attractions on Ein Gev but there is plenty to do there and nearby. Highly recommend. They also have other types of lodgings other than the chalets.They also have a beach you can go to just for the day (with payment)’
