What do you need to know?
The following information is translated from the Q&A on the booking page and will be useful for you to know!
You do not need to have any connection with Bank Hapoalim - the attractions are free for EVERYONE!
In order to make sure everyone gets a chance, you are limited to 6 entries per family.
You MUST register and show your bar code when you get to the site. Tickets are non-transferrable and can be used only by you!
Kids from age 3+ need a ticket
Ensure that you arrive on time, in the time slot you booked for
Please come prepared to wear masks in the indoor spaces
Do not try and turn up without having registered for tickets. If you are unable to book because tickets ran out, keep checking in case more become available or try a different site.
You can already register for April 17th and 18th (I am writing this on April 12th)
On Sunday April 17th you can also book for events on the 19th, 20th and 21st April
If you end up being unable to make it to your chosen attraction, PLEASE CANCEL by using the link sent to you by SMS when you booked. This will allow someone else to go instead of you!
