Join master baker Les Saidel for one of the 3 mouth-watering workshops: 1. “Perfect Pastry” – a 3 hour pastry extravaganza from France, Denmark and Turkey, oozing with chocolate, vanilla, blueberry and spices of the casbah! 2. The “Maestro of Milano” – Italian Baking During a fun filled 3 hour workshop you will bake your own Italian breads, make delicious, healthy pasta and leave with a huge bag full of delicious goodies and memories. Take a trip down the Navigli canals and back up the Via Manzoni and sample the unique baking cuisine of Italy, from crackling ciabatta bread, delectable focaccia, grissini bread sticks, panini rolls and mouthwatering healthy pasta. 3. The Taste of Paris Join Chef Eli for a journey of exploration as you learn to bake baguette and olive fougasse. Take a whirlwind tour of the Provence region as you become an apprentice baker in the Compagnon du Devoir, the French bakers’ guild and bake and shape the unique breads of the various locales. It is a 3 hour workshop packed full of fun and a delight to the senses. You will leave with an unforgettable memory and a basket full of French bread to munch on your way home.
