Here is a quick summary of lots of events going on throughout Israel this Summer!

Playmobil Around the World

Where? Jerusalem Botanical Gardens, Jerusalem

When? From Sunday July 21 to the end of August 2019

Description: A wonderful Playmobil world where they will experience an exciting and fascinating journey. At the beginning of the journey each child will receive a passport, which they need to get stamped alongside a variety of Playmobil attractions and challenges in the style of ninja in nature.

Recommended Ages: 3-10 years

The Dragons are Coming Exhibition!

Where? The old Heichal Hasport, Rishon Lezion

When? From Sunday July 21 to the end of August 2019

Description: The “Dragons are Coming” exhibition brings 21 moving dragons to Israel. Using robotic animatronic technology, they move, breathe, walk … and roar! Amazing structures straight from the world of legends, imagination and fantasy, and from different cultures.

Recommended Ages: 3 and above

Ninja Israel!

Where and When?

Rishon Lezion: July 20 until August 31

Jerusalem: July 23 until August 23

Haifa: July 25 until August 31

Tel Aviv: August 1 until August 31.

Description: Inspired by the hit TV series, this popular indoor entertainment park comes to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa and Rishon Lezion for summer 2019

Recommended Ages: 6 and above. Great for teens and adults (from 20:00 youth and adults only!)

Creatures of Midsummer nights


When? July 20- August 31 Times: 18:30-21:30 (excluding Fridays)

Description: 30 animal sculptures are displayed in the courtyard of the Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv. These include a peacock, elephant, grasshopper, fish, snake, lion, horse, crocodile, goat, frog, duck, Shlomo the camel, a Lizard, etc. All of them were created by the artist Ben Aryeh, and are built as high as six meters, with the whole collection resembling a zoo, and at the same time, an alternative art exhibition and a fun park!

Recommended ages: 3-9 years

Lego Space Park

Where? Ganei Hataarucha (Exhibition Grounds) in Tel Aviv

When? July 26 to August 31, Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00, Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00.

Description: This summer, LEGO Space Park will be held in collaboration with LEGO International and SpaceIL with more than 5 million blocks to form an incredible space world.

Recommended ages: 2 years and up

Snow Game!

When? Opens July 1, 2019 until August 31, 2019

Where? Right next to the ‘Heichal Hakerach’ ICE PEAKS Ice Rink by Peres Park in Holon. There is plenty of free parking (and you could pair it up with a visit to the Art of the Brick Lego exhibit on the same day!)

Description: It sounds impossible! But nothing is impossible, and this Summer, right alongside Holon’s ICE PEAKS ice rink, you can enjoy a day of fun playing with snow at the “Snow Game” – a huge and experiential snow area for the entire family!

Art of the Brick

When? July 26 – August 31

Where? At Heichal Toto, Holon (plenty of free parking)

Description: The renowned International Lego Art Exhibition, “The Art of the Brick” comes to Israel with about 100 sculptures and works of art made with millions of the well loved and well-known colored Lego cubes. In addition, there will be an interactive playground from the Lego worlds, a creative area, a huge gymboree with Lego Duplo for the little ones, a LEGO Cinema complex showing some of the amazing Lego series, and many more surprises for the whole family.

Chutzot Hayotzer (Artists Fair)

When? 12-24 August 2019. every night except Friday, 18:00-23:00 and on Sat Night 21:00-24:00

Where? Sultan’s Pool, Jerusalem

Description: The annual outdoor International Jerusalem Arts and Crafts Fair, called Hutzot Hayotzer one of Jerusalem’s highlights of the summer Dozens of artists meet at this event, showcasing their creations, selling their crafts and allowing thousands to take in what Jerusalem and the world have to offer. There are also amazing performances every night!

Xtreme Circus

Where? Azrieli Roof Top, Tel Aviv

When? 12-29 August 2019. Times: 11:30, 17:45, 16:30 Closed on Friday and Shabbat. Show lasts around one hour.

Recommended ages: 3-15 years

WiPark Israel!


When? July 26 – August 31 2019

Where? Hangar 11, Tel Aviv Port

Description: After more than 200,000 people have already visited Wipark throughout the country, this Summer Wipark is back, bigger and better!

Wipark promises a unique experience for the whole family, combining food, Culture, and guest performances by children’s artists. There is also a gymboree for the younger children, and a special show every two hours.

Back to the Ice Age

Where? Man and the Living Museum Ramat Gan

When? July & August

Description: 12 huge models will be located throughout the museum and the cactus garden. The exhibition includes interactive stands with additional information and games. And what else in the exhibition? “Touching the ice” – a huge ice wall where you can touch the ice and feel the cold, watching videos of breaking huge icebergs, playing ice in interactive positions and more. The discovery and excavation of mammoth bones from the ground – a paleontologist’s excavation complex. A unique excavation experience for children to discover the bones of a prehistoric mammoth.

International Puppet festival

Where? Holon

When? July 25 – August 3 2019

Description: Choose from lots of plays, performances, workshops and more! Free entry to the opening event on July 25 at ‘La Park’, Holon.

Nick City


When? 13-31 August 2019

Where? Expo Tel Aviv (Exhibition Grounds), Bitan 10.

Description: Your children’s favorite characters come alive at this fun festival! The complex combines challenges, shows and interactive experiences for the children.

Recommended Ages: 3-11 years
